does this sound familiar
Apply online, talk to a friendly recruiter, chase recruiter, chase again, rinse and repeat... or even worst, submit your CV, chase to no avail, and find out later down the line your CV has been sent to every firm in town without your permission.
We're not all like that thankfully, we're quite the opposite, in fact! We work fast and we work hard, so you don't have to and you're kept up to date throughout,

Your interview will be fully managed by your recruiter who will assist and support you before, during, and after. Come interview time, you'll be confident and fully prepared for the firm in question, and as we know nothing in life is perfect, we'll be on call throughout and straight after too, which is always a good time to speak with us as we can put across to the firm any information you may have not got across clearly at the time.
Contract Negotiations
Negotiations can be fully managed by your recruiter too. Things like salary, workload expectations, career expectations, and work/life balance are all areas your recruiter can negotiate to great effect on your behalf. In fact, most of the negotiations would have being taken care of at the formal application stage, which is where we make your value to the firm clear and lay out your expectations from them.
Start Your Dream Job
This is the exciting part, starting a new adventure with a new firm and a new client base, however, you won't be alone, your recruiter is still available to you through the first 12 weeks for support.

As you've seen, there's so many steps and so much to look at when applying for a role so we've put together a few short, insightful, and easy to understand advice pages to help raise your chance of success at the first time of asking.
Your recruitment manager will be present throughout every stage of the process, of course, but a little bedtime reading never hurt anyone's chances.
